We hope to see each and everyone of you at the upcoming meeting to be held at Small Country Campground, Louisa, VA on March 15, 2003, at 10:00AM. DIRECTIONS: From Richmond Area: Interstate 64 to exit 143 (Rt.208-North)...go 2.5 miles and turn LEFT at small sign onto 640 and go 150 yards and turn RIGHT at small sign on 649. Go 2 miles (bearing left on 649) into Small Country Campground. Campground entrance will be on the right. As you drive up the dirt road, pavillion is on right. From Harrisonburg Area: Route 33 East- go through Ruckersville, Barboursville and Gordonsville to Trevillians-at intersection of Routes 33 and 22 turn left onto Route 22 then take immediate RIGHT onto Rote 613 - go to Route 649 and turn LEFT - go 2 miles (bearing left on 649) into Small Country Campground. From Manassas Area: South on Route 29 to Route 15 South. Take 15 South through Orange to Gordonsville - turn LEFT onto Route 33 - take 33 to Travillians - turn LEFT onto Route 22 and immediately turn RIGHT onto Route 613 - go to Route 649 and turn LEFT. Go 2 miles (bearing left on 649) into Small Country Campground. 2003 MEETING SCHEDULE; March 15, April 19, May 10, June 21, July 19, August 16, September 20, October 18. There are lots of things on the club's agenda to be discussed and decided and your input would be welcome. Also, we have ordered a new supply of t- shirts with the club logo on them and have also ordered sweat shirts. Those of you who have attended previous meetings know we also have raffles for gold nuggets--we have a nice supply of Alaskan and Australian nuggets for this season's raffles. It is through the sale of shirts, etc. and the raffles that we are able to raise funds for the club. We are going to be printing a Directory of our club members that will give their name, address, telephone and email information. If for some reason you don't want to be in this Directory, please let Sandy Stowe know. REMINDER: If you are planning on joining the GPAA or LDMA, please consider doing it through the Club so we can get credit for it.
