MINER'S SAFETY CLASS

DIRECTIONS; 


Come to Madison on Route 29 and turn onto Route 634 -

If you are coming from the Fredericksburg or Warrenton take a 
left at the traffic light at McDonalds/Amoco onto 634--If you 
are coming from the Charlottesville area, turn right at the 
McDonalds/Amoco traffic light onto 634. 

AFTER TURNING ONTO ROUTE 634,

Go 1.1 mile and at intersection at top of hill go straight 
across onto Route 616 -

Go 1 mile and at bottom of hill turn left onto Route 625 
(gravel road). 

Go 1 mile and at top of hill you will see white house with a 
white picket fence. Go straight

across into driveway.

This class will run for about 6 hours--there will be a break 
for lunch. If you plan to attend, please let Ned Skinner, CVGP

There will be a $15 fee for each participant. $10 of that will 
go to the Division of Mineral Mining and the other $5 will go 
to defray the club expenses. Lunch will be provided to those 
attending. The $15 can be paid at the class--a certificate 
will be issued to each participant.

Having a certificate saying you have completed the safety 
course could be helpful when talking with land owner's about 
the possibility of doing some prospecting on their land. Hope 
everyone that possibly can will attend.

Be sure and contact Ned as soon as possible and let him know 
if you will be attending.
